With over 33 years of diverse experience in human behavior, Sandra has served in both public service institutions and professional private practice. Sandra brings her personal qualities of empathy and human touch to the corporate environment, which promote responsibility and enhance positive change for individuals and teams.

She has Psychology Degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), and Master´s and postgraduate degrees in psychology.

She enriches her interventions with her expertise in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Cognitive Development, Mediated Learning, and Kinesic Interview Techniques.

Sandra is certified as a Lego Serious Play Facilitator and is a certified bioenergetic psychotherapist by The Latin American School of Bioenergetica,Argentina

She is the Director of Operations at Profesionales en Crecimiento Humano.
